Chef in Montreal, Quebec

I unfortunately don't speak french but very fluent in english. I currently cook for 150 retirement home residents. Menus change every week and everyday is a different dish therefore I am very flexible and can adapt to cooking different meals, and apply different techniques that best fit them. I did not go to culinary school, but I have worked at the industry for 5 years now, worked under a couple of chefs, cooks, restauranteurs, etc. I have excellent knife skills, can be a very good addition to your brigade since I can learn quickly and adapt smoothly to different stations, restaurants, etc. I am also friendly and a team player. I do as what my head chef tells me.
