Started as a prep cook at Ra Sushi in Oldtown Scottsdale, and have earned my way to being an executive Sous Chef at Roka Akor Scottsdale. Ive been trained by some of the best sushi chef my entire career and have been blessed with the ability to use some of the finer quality ingredients available. Fish fabrication is one of my favorite parts of my job.
