Chef in Stone Mills, Ontario

Ive been in the culinary industry for 8 years. I started in kitchen at the very bottom when I was 18/19 in dish pit.. quickly worked my way up to Line and Prep cook, Most recently Junior sous chef. I've worked in all sorts of settings from cafes, pubs, universities and resorts. On my off time I make jams and salsas from locally sourced products. As your chef I will continue to use locally sourced products, providing you gourmet meals geared to your families diet and preferences. The food I cook is packed full of flavor, nutrition and fun.
