Chef in Santa Monica, California

I am a 26 year old chef. I started working at the age of 17 in scratch kitchens through out Los Angeles. After a few years I set off on a mission to go around the world and work and gaining knowledge and culture through food. I lived in the south of France, cooked in a small beach town called Canet de Mar in Barcelona, and worked with the ladies in the market places making fresh tortillas, street foods, and local drinks in Oaxaca, Mexico. And finished off at Destilado, one of the best modern Oaxacan restaurant in Mexico. I am very creative and have a lot to bring to the table and am so excited to start meeting you all!
