Born and raised in Paris, France. My love for food started before I was born, thanks to my maternal grandfather who was a passionate Chef and owner of a beautiful family owned restaurant in the historic city Fay aux Loges in France. One of my biggest joy is being able to join my family and friends and to cook up a delicious meal for them. I was fortunate to further hone by talent by attending two of the most prestigious schools of Culinary Arts in France, Gregoire Ferrandi and Santos Dumont. After I graduated, I worked under established and well respected Chefs in Star Michelin Restaurants ‘A.Sendenrens/Lucas Carton’, ‘Le Laurent’, ‘Le Bristol’ , ‘Antoine’ as well in Potel et Chabot one of the most luxury catering companies in Paris for events like ‘Roland Garros’ and ‘24H du mans’.
What I like about my craft is the sort of magical experience I can bring to a guest. Whether it’s helping them to remember a traveling experience or that special family memory they experienced over a delicious meal. As a private chef what I love the most is to be directly in contact with the clients to discuss what type of foods they love, and if with and open mind, they would allow me to introduce new flavors and enrich their culinary experiences. Thanks to the years of experience I was able to acquire in restaurants and bakeries, I can meet and adjust to every dietary restriction & demand requested. Some of my favorite cooking repertoire but not limited to are French, Italian, Mediterranean and Caribbean Cuisines. I have always pushed myself and continue to learn everyday so I can be the very best so I can offer the very best. My goal is to make people happy thru food and possibly build new fond memories around a nice, clean and yummy meal which I’ve created. I get to express that love in every one of my dishes.
