Hello, my name is keith lake and I am a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. I've worked as a kitchen manager making sure of work safety, productivity, and the quality of the goods that were being serviced to daily customers. Also I have worked many salad stations, hot line stations, and prep lines to build and set my foundations. I've picked up on several techniques working with many different chefs. Which has made me more versatile in different cuisines. I also do private catering to residence houses and/ or party sites and locations.
