I've been working in los angels for the last 10 years worked my way through the trenches mainly for the Patina restaurant group but have worked at a couple privately owned restaurants also at the Commerce Casino as kitchen manager I've been a cook a lead kitchen manager sous chef ex sous chef and ec started my own business working on a food truck which has gone well but moved to Moreno Valley so looking for a new challenge in this area
