I am just a guy trying to provide my family with a life they don't have to vacation from. I am well versed in many different styles of cooking. I've been training others for 4 years and I have experience in inventory and ordering. Knowledgeable of food costs and waste. I do not have formal training nor do I have experience beyond a lead line cook. What I do have is a desire to grow, a willingness to learn, steakhouse(broil and flat top grill as well as pan searing) experience, brick oven experience, about 4 years of lead line/cook experience, 3 years as football varsity team captain, 2 years as powerlifting varsity team captain, 2 years as track and field varsity team captain, inventory and ordering experience, creativity, training experience, and a flavorful background that consists Louisiana and Texas family roots. I have Cajun cooking and Texas barbecuing in my veins and I began learning to make rouxs and getting the ratios of the holy trinity just right as well as stoking the coals and choosing the right types of wood for a nice smokey low and slow bbq at the age of 7. So while I may only have 8 years of professional experience, I have been perfecting my craft for about 17 years now. #readytowork Willing to relocate: Anywhere Authorized to work in the US for any employer
