Chef in Grand Island, New York

I am an old school self taught award winning chef with 19 years experience in the industry. My passion for food started to develop at the young age of 11. For years I worked in a busy restaurant creating comfort food with a twist, but recently became more health conscious for my own well being and have developed skills in the paleo and keto lifestyle. I am looking for an in house private position to share my passion of food with someone who does not have the desire or time to dedicate to preparing meals. I also have catering experience if in fact the client is to host parties or events that require my culinary skills. I truly believe food feeds the soul and is our ultimate connection to others.
