• 7 1 4 ... CAREER OBJECTIVE To create artist curated meals and seasonal foods from local markets to clients’ tables. Inspiration comes from nature with a desire to heal the body from within. The goal is to provide a clean and well-organized space for clients to either have meals prepared or the ingredients to efficiently prepare ones own meals. Clients receive the benefits of shopping local, eating seasonally and enjoying gathering with very little effort. Hospitality and community are key to what I do. Taking care, is of utmost importance and therefor every dish, every kitchen is considered with the body and soul in mind. Food is a relationship with self and therefor needs careful attention. MY STORY I started cooking when I was very young to care for my family growing up. I have raised three adult children with a focus on teaching them about how food destroys or heals the body and mind. My inspiration is my sister going on seven years of cancer. I have cooked for her throughout her journey, using food as both medicine and comfort. I am also a trained professional artist that has taught and created for over 35 years. Food for me is another medium to create with. Like art, it is a universal language that speaks to us in diverse and complex ways. Food is essential for our wellbeing, and it also brings us together. I am here to bring you and your loved ones around the table in the name of art, beauty, nature, nutrition, and joy.
