I am here to help you and your family feel your best! As a chef and nutritionist I can customize a health plan that focuses on enhancing your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well-being. I am an international chef, and I specialize in delicious organic vegan gourmet cuisine that is local, gluten free, sugar free, GMO free, allergen free, and primarily plant based to help you feel better than ever and to heal and/or prevent disease. I also specialize in helping people in detox programs such as juicing or liver cleansing. I enjoy cooking worldly healthy cuisine including Indonesian, Mexican, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Indian and raw cuisine. I'm available to work as your personal chef. I also cater retreats and events. I have 10 years of experience both as a chef and nanny. I love what I do and I am currently creating a holistic health book with recipes that I will be publishing within the next year. I am available long term to work 3-4 full days a week prepping all your weeks' meals and snacks. I have great references.
