My experience spans around the world. I started in the UK and learned from a chef in the line of Marco Pierre White. I spent years there understanding and executing in British and French fare at high volume restaurants. I love travel and am passionate to try cuisines around the world. I worked in Australia and New Zealand in my 20s and learned their truly unique cuisines highly connected to the local flora and fauna while working in restaurants there. I ran the kitchen as a head chef at what was named one of the best brunch spots in London by Time Out Magazine while I was there in 2013. Located down the road from the BBC - I am used to exceeding standards and quality for a celebrity clientele. I moved to the USA in 2014 and focused on Neapolitan cooking specifically pizzas. I rounded out my experience in Texas at one of the state’s biggest and most beloved breweries that featured a truly unique farm house eatery that was known for its wood-fired pizzas where I excelled cooking in an environment that saw 500-1000... covers a day. Outside of my experience - my passion lies in Asian cuisines specifically Indian - so I have that in my repertoire as well! While I can cook any cuisine to high standards my biggest talent lies in managing kitchens. I’ve managed several small and large teams and execute at a very high pace solo as well. I have a very calm presence so you don’t have to worry about an angry chef at your party or in your home kitchen. I’m just happy to be there doing what I love.
