Chef in Kent, Ohio

Currently I'm a professor at KENT STATE, but in my previous life--and still every chance I get--I cook and bake and never stop testing out new ideas for any*every gathering -- from fam&friends to work gatherings, holiday fests. I work from scratch, utilizing a wide, wide range of fresh produce, a balance of flavor w/ twists where warranted. It's my pride&joy to craft a menu to meet my select diners halfway, me--bringing the inspiration, painstaking labor and joyful surprise, them bringing wishes, needs, preferences. Long tantalized by the sheer ingenuities of cuisines across time and space, it would seem ... there's never not more to learn and know--and try. I'm a team player; I dig collaboration.
