Firstly, I have been cooking and entertaining for many years. Professionally, I have been the chairman and lead Chef for many Culinary Fund raising events. I have been privately catering events for up to 200 people. I have worked as a Lead Event Chef for one of CT’s number one Catering companies (A Thyme To Cook). With ATTC I also worked full time in the kitchen as one of the lead chefs, participating in: Food Prep, Menu Development, and, Client Tastings. I am a graduate of The Institute Of Culinary Education, in NYC. In NY, I had amazing opportunities to work with some of NY’s finest chefs, assisting in private events, public events, fund raising events, as well as in their amazing restaurants. My most recent culinary experience in NYC was with Chef Scott Grew at the Sutton Inn, Manhattan ( a Fine Dining Restaurant). I am currently a Chef at the recently opened Chapter One of Guilford CT. However, my true passion is in Catering and Private Dining. In July, I recently catered a Brunch for 20 people at a private home on a beautiful CT lake, and, a 3 Cource Plated Dinner for 50 with passed HD’s in New Hampshire.
