Professional Chef with Spanish background and specialized in Mediterranean cuisine. In Canada I have worked in fine dinning restaurants (Five Sails) before getting my Current position as a School Chef in private School in Kitsilano. Here my goal is to inspire and educate future generations about food, make them try new dishes and flavours and teach them about a balance and healthy eating.
