To whom it may concern; Welcome, I have as much or even more PASSION now for my profession then I had when I was a neophyte dripping with passion. I have extensive experience in all phases of food service. I've been a Chef, Pastry Chef and an Executive Chef  with responsibilities including, but not limited to, managing as many as 80 employees,  fiscal responsibility ensuring profitability within the parameters put forth as well as client retention. I am driven in making positive strides not only to meet but exceed company goals. I am a motivated self starter with a "hands on" approach. Being a Culinary Institute of America graduate as well as being certified in Culinary Foundations imparts professionalism and team spirit that is contagious. I believe in a harmonious work environment and will always strive for perfection.
