Let me introduce myself, I’m Grace, a Private Chef who likes to work with seasonal fresh Ingredients with a farm to table approach. I'm currently attending The Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York but I graduate late March and I'm looking for a job as a private chef when I finish school. My expertise lies in successfully conceptualizing, developing and implementing innovative menus that are delicious as they are visually beautiful. I am skilled in preparing professional meals for a variety of tastes and dietary restrictions. My cooking style would be described as eclectic as I derive my ideas from a diverse range of sources and international cuisines. My previous client was very pleased with my work as I'm always looking to implement new ideas, techniques and plating arrangements. I am constantly looking for inspiration and I am currently continuing to learn more about Food and Wine pairing. I prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, meal prep and also prepare -course dishes and hors d'oeuvres for dinner parties. I am open to travel wherever it's required.
