Ever since, I have been dedicated to the science, process, and beauty of cooking. I cook as an act of care, an expression of art, and a practical means to fuel an active, robust lifestyle. I emphasize local, seasonal produce and farm-to-table cuisine. I see food as nourishment, art, and a vehicle for connection. I have experience catering dinner parties, both large and small scale.
