Chef in Tallahassee, Florida

I am planning to move to the Tallahassee area in the next few months, and I'm seeking employment. I could possibly make the move sooner for the right job. I earned my Associates Degree in Culinary Science in 2010. I graduated Summa Laude. I have worked many stations, including the hot line, and I have spent the past year and a half as a pastry chef for a Hampton Roads VA yacht club.There I prepared dessert items for a la carte, dessert displays for parties and buffets, and hot rolls and biscuits for all events, as well as special order cakes.
