isca, menja i beu: Live, eat and drink. I was born into this philosophy and have adhered to it my entire life. The very moment I was able to hold a spoon, I was helping my Great-grandmother in the kitchen. I always stays true to my Italian and Catalan roots, but in my brief 25 years, I have traveled and lived in many places in the US and Europe. Through those travels I have been able to absorb all the knowledge of the local cuisine. Recently, I traveled to Los Angeles where I was one of the top 80 contestants competing for MasterChef. My creativity and elevated palette will no doubt serve you well, and I will be able to create a dynamite menu no matter the occasion. Salut!
