The Buck Naked Chef is affordable all natural foods. "Buck" = dollar, "Naked"= all natural, and there you have Chef Mia. I have 30 years in culinary. Most of it catering, be it corporate or personal. All scratch cooking and a promoter of nutritional healing. Specializes in different cultures I.e. Thai, Carribean, Indian, Japanese and of course Southern. The love of food is my passion. And I pride myself in putting out the freshest ingredients to make the perfect product for my clients. I have kosher experience and able to adapt to my clients dietary needs. I also have medical dietary experience with children who suffer from diabetes, authism (personal), eating disorders, ADD and ADHD. If you want to see some of my foods?
