Hello There, My name is Matthew Wertman. I'm a 48 year old well seasoned Chef. My cooking is comprised of many ethnicities of cuisine. From health conscious to creative twists on old classics, to theme oriented. My execution of dishes are efficient, visually appealing and pack alot of flavor. Originally from Buffalo, N.Y., I became a Chef in Salt Lake City, Utah in the 90's where I honed my skills with the guidance of some very talented Chef's. I have a great sense of humor and have fun in the kitchen. From parties of 2-20, I can make your culinary needs happen. I’m also looking to broaden my dynamic to that of a Personal Chef for a family, full-time.
