Over 20 years of experience. Started in FOH but found my passion in the kitchen. I have over 15 years experience as a executive and sous chef, owner of my own catering company, as well as a food truck. I can do all types of cuisine, but I'd have to say, my specialties are Italian and Bistro comfort foods. I worked three years in a kosher kitchen, so I am very knowledgeable with kosher laws as well. I am embarking on a new venture as a personal chef, and have several clients, but would like to acquire a few more.
