Chef in Minneapolis, Minnesota

I am a 21-year-old male offering personal chef services during the evening on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 6PM and 10PM within the Twin Cities metropolitan area. While I have no formal culinary training, I have a wealth of cooking experience and can offer a variety of dishes. For a sampling, check out my food/adventure blog here: blogspot...... I specialize in cooking paleo/primal dishes, those that avoid grains/sugars/starches in favor of green vegetables and healthy fats from meats and nuts. While we could discuss terms in person, you would select dishes in advance for that week and then reimburse me for the shopping, which I would do at whatever sources you prefer (I tend to visit the Farmer's market and Aldi frequently). I would come over, cook enough for you and me, and then leave you any leftovers. My charges are as follows: (mainly to cover transportation) $10/individual/meal $20/family/meal Reimbursement for food $5 to clean dishes (optional) ***As a promotion, I will offer one evening of cooking on me to see if this would be a good fit.***
