I am a French Chef. I graduated from August Escoffier Culinary School in France. I have over twenty years of experience in the food industry and hospitslity. I have managed succesfully multiple restaurants and owned two. I cook different type of foods from all over the world. From French to Italian, Asian, Indian, Moroccan and Vegan. Sustainability is for me very important, and I only work with farm fresh ingredients. My love for cooking can be seen and tasted in all my dishes. I make sure that your experience is unforgettable.
I have been teaching cooking classes, training and doing restaurant business consulting for many years as well.
