I am a Reno native and have been working in the food industry for more than 15 years. I have been working as a personal chef for over five years. I received professional culinary training and graduated from TMCC with an associate’s degree in culinary arts with an emphasis in pastry arts. I am the only personal chef in Northern Nevada who is also a Registered Dietitian. I have experience with a variety of special needs diets including vegetarian, celiac/gluten-free, renal, diabetic, food allergies, and gastrointestinal problems.
