I want to chef in a restaurant or home dedicated to enhancing the dinning experience, offering wonderful fresh food with equally exceptional personal passionate touches. I welcome the ‘tried and true,’ yet I am a creative chef with a strong proven leadership, communication and business management skills in service related organizations, primarily in personal chef environments, restaurants and health care. I have extensive experience from creating new flavor profiles and health menus, to team building, to all aspects of administration and product/service promotion.
