My name is Vanessa, I have 6 years of experience in hospitality, 5 years in culinary. I mostly worked in Wynwood, serving 3 years with one of the most successful restaurants in the nation as a chef, but decided to venture off and now I am currently a sous chef in a catering company. I'm very interested in coming up with different menus everyday and catering to whatever dietary needs there are. I also come from a very big family, so I'm extremely open to cooking for families, but I'm introverted enough to cook for one.
