My name is Phillip Dalton I have been cooking for over 7 years I'm not a chef I'm a line cook who hopefully one day will be doing the hiring. I have been in or around the kitchen since I got out of high school I can cook fry side broil salad and sauté. I am serve safe certified I have decent knife skills and will work harder than anyone who ever claimed that they wanted to be a chef. I'm looking for any position where I can learn.
