Courtney Pries is an amazing human with great integrity and endless talents. I have been a patron at many of her pop up vegan dinners. Let me tell you that I was blown away each time by the beautiful, super tasty dishes. From the Swiss chard stuffed ravioli to the squash soup topped with edible flowers and pumpkin seeds it was an experience I remember. Courtney is courteous, timely, kind and very hard working. Driven to be the best she can be at everything she puts her focus on. Makes my mouth water just thinking about her food, so good. You should hire her, I wish I could!
