With a focus on contemporary American cuisine, my other influences are of italian, mexican and asian palates. I can create a menu to suit most any palate or dietary need. Should you be more interested in improving your ability to host, I can come to your home and teach you and up to four others some helpful skills ranging from food prep, to the fundamentals of heat application on various ingredients. We will design a curriculum around your dietary preferences and your kitchen's strengths.
