My name is Melody Alferez, chef and owner of Rosemary and Thyme, a personal chef/meal preparation business. I am currently based in the greater Seattle area. I graduated from Culinary Institute of America with an associate degree in the culinary arts. Some of my personal chef experience includes shopping, prepping and cooking for my client. Weekly, I provide a menu and prepare the meals in home. I have 10 years of experience in the culinary field ranging from restaurants, hotels and private residences. I have experience with many cuisines, including vegetarian/vegan options as I am familiar with diet changes in my years of cooking. I am very passionate and clean about my line of work.
