It is my goal to provide each client with the opportunity to eat delicious food that is big on flavor without having to spend time lots of time in the kitchen or rely on carry out to put food on the table. Meal time should be effortless so you can focus on enjoying time with your family. I provide weekly collaborative menus, grocery and supply shopping, in home meal prep and clean up. I have worked with various dietary needs allowing me the opportunity to accommodate any dietary restrictions such as gluten free, diabetic, nut and shellfish allergies as well as specific diets like Paleo, keto, vegetarian/vegan, Spa, Mediterranean and Kosher. Aside from savory, I am a skilled baker and can provide a variety of healthy desserts and snacks as well as cakes and pastries for entertaining. I have over 20 years of restaurant and catering experience as well as 8 years of Personal & Private Chef experience and understand that cooking with the freshest ingredients and crafting meals with care and creativity are of the utmost importance. Along with my experience as a chef, I also have years of experience in Restaurant Management and as a Gal Friday /House Manager. I believe that experience in these positions have given me a unique opportunity to anticipate the needs of those I work with to ensure they receive the fullest out of my time in their home and their dining experience. In 2015, I completed a 5 week stage in the Loire Valley, France to allow myself the opportunity to grow as a chef and I continue to extend my culinary education by taking classes at the Institute of Culinary Education, International Culinary Center(formerly the French Culinary Institute) and I’ve recently received my certificate in a Nutrition & Healthy Living course from Cornell University’s online division.
