I am very excited about the Private Chef position, and I believe I have the ideal qualifications for it including a Grand Diplome certification from Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. I have also completed an 8-month postgraduate program in French Culinary Arts at the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism, George Brown Chef School, Toronto.
I would describe myself as a hard worker with a strong commitment to ensuring cleanliness and first-rate presentation. I work well in a team. I am very focused and committed to tasks assigned to me, and experienced in meeting crucial deadlines independently. I have always been very happy working in the Food Industry. I am comfortable preparing both western and eastern cuisine. I have strong communication skills, including fluency in English, Malay, Chinese (Mandarin) and some basic French.
I have a proven track record of adapting to the particular needs of any position I undertake. I can perform a range of functions from routine administration to creative problem solving. My supervisors have commended my strong multitasking and organizational skills, my ability to prioritize my workload, and my commitment to being prompt.
