I am a professional chef with over 22 years of cooking experience in a variety of arenas. Working mainly in the private sector, I have been a caterer, corporate executive chef and restaurant chef in San Diego, LA, Santa Barbara and France until about 4 years ago when I decided to take a break to pursue a masters degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Following the completion of my masters, I got married, passed my board exam as a nutrition specialist, bought a house and then moved to Florida. It has been a year since we've moved to Florida and I am finally settled in and ready to return to doing what I love. I have a background in a variety of cuisines including french, italian, japanese, thai, greek, indian and middle eastern to name a few. I am a total foodie and have traveled extensively and continue to do so as often as possible. Although I do love the healthy stuff, I really just enjoy cooking and sharing my craft with others and am willing to discuss with you your specific needs in order to create ideal situation for you.
