Jaime Fernandez is a professionally trained chef whom I have known personally for more than 5 years. He is enthusiastic, creative, and loves cooking. Chef Jaime is most comfortable in the kitchen around food and his tools. He recently prepared a dinner for 25 people in my kitchen. Jaime works confidently and efficiently with the goal of a perfection in flavor, taste and presentation. He did just that and our guests were delighted with the meal. I've also eaten his creations at restaurants where he's been the chef, most recently 44Bootlegger in Fort Worth. Jaime's abilities always far exceed my expectations. He is loyal, honest, punctual, and efficient. This chef does not disappoint!
