Chef in West Palm Beach, Florida
I have had over 12 years in the restaurant business and has never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high-quality, creative and innovative dishes for my customers. Together with my clients and food personalities, I try to identify the emerging tastes, trends, and flavors that will shape your food experience.
I have worked from the West Coast to the East Coast in restaurants such as Cafe Central (El Paso) to Mediterraneo (Federal Hill Rhode Island).
I studied at The Art Institute of Las Vegas to receive a certificate in Culinary Arts. I also have taken the ServeSafe food handler program which covers five key areas, which are the following:
* Basic Food Safety
* Personal Hygiene
* Cross-contamination and Allergens
* Time and Temperature
* Cleaning and Sanitation
Please do not hesitate to message me with any questions you may have.
"There's nothing that excites me more than cooking for people who love and appreciate time at the table with friends and family. I want to help bring fine dining to the comfort of your home and at the same time help to create memories for you and your guests".
