I have mostly restaurant experience, from fine dining, small business and corporate environments. I have opened restaurants, catered, and been professionally cooking 18 years and also been a private chef for a celebrity. I use French and Italian cooking techniques, but I also love cooking Southeast Asian and Latin cuisine; as well as catering to dietary restrictions and allergies. I am not limited to in-home service, I also do drop offs, special events, holiday/cocktail parties and weddings. I do charge $65/hr. But if there is services needed 5 days a week, we can discuss weekly pay or monthly if it gets to that point. Whatever works for your needs. We can come to an agreement, I'm completely flexible.
