Prepared meal delivery as per client's customized menu 2-5 times per week lunch &/or dinner.

I specialize in paleo/healthy/organic/grass-fed/pastured/sustainable/line-caught, etc. all the adjectives. Healthier alternatives to unhealthy favorites.
I have worked in restaurants for 20 years. Back of house, front of house, GM of a restaurant in Hollywood. I LOVE food and beverage! I once dated a French chef who taught me that food is art AND science. Once I understood the basics, I was hooked. We didn't work out, but he taught me invaluable food knowledge. He also told me "never cook for a chef." Of course, I took that as a personal challenge. So I read cookbooks, and learned techniques, I made myself fancy gourmet dinners every night, began to understand balance and flavor. When I adopted a paleo lifestyle, it made cooking even more challenging but so much fun to figure out how to make delicious nutritiously dense food instead of delicious empty carbs. I do not cook strictly paleo, I mean, who doesn't drool over pasta or potatoes? I just prefer to cook with health in mind. I try to make every ingredient serve a purpose other than flavor.
I became a mother a little under 2 years ago, so I took some time off. But I'm back! Cooking for my son has been an incredible task thus far. Expanding his palate, feeding him based on his favorite color of the moment, introducing new healthy veggies every week, and sometimes having to sneak them in cleverly, it's been a lot of fun.
I also cook for dogs.
