Eric R. Steele I started my passion for food excellence 25 yrs ago in a small upscale French bistro, learning the basics of French cuisine, and grown up with such influences as Marco Pierre White, and Anton Mossiman. Attended George Brown College, succeeded in Professional Chef Program and the specialty of Italian cuisine. I have travel the world expanding my skills and talents working in Italy, Canada, Mexico and West Indies developing and creating my skills and passion for using the best quality ingredients in his artistry. As a Professional chef I brought my artistry to major hotel brands, opening new restaurants, designing kitchens, and competed in culinary salons. As a Private chef I worked my clients and guests to providing exceptional service for their expectations. Whether its a special dinner for 2 or an event for 200 people, to daily meal planning or strict menu dietary requirements my approach is keeping it simple, serve the best quality of the freshest foods, and design unique clean flavors with local and natural ingredients.
