Since I graduated from Culinary Arts Academy, I have worked at several restaurants, including the Four Seasons Hotel in Istanbul. Throughout my employment, I specialized in low-carb meals and healthy desserts, even though I still love baking beautiful sourdough bread. I always prefer cooking from scratch, using fresh and healthy ingredients. Before moving to Arizona, I received an invitation from Portugal as a private chef. Accordingly, I spent the last six months in Lisbon, full of new experiences and Portuguese cuisine. I look forward to cooking for you!
