(TextPlus app) For those who are interested in more information: I have several years' experience in the restaurant and cuisine industry as my family owns a restaurant/grill. I learned to cook in the kitchen with my grandmother when I was a very young. If I ever tasted something I liked, I wanted to know how to make it. I grew up in Texas, so naturally most of what I liked was Southern food or comfort food as it is more commonly known. It may not have been the most healthy, but it was definitely heavenly to the palate. As I grew older I learned how to cook Tex-Mex. (If you don't know about it, you should) Tex-Mex is a mix of Texan and Mexican staples hence the name. Mexican food piqued my curiosity which let me to developing a diverse cooking style and perspective. I always loved Cajun food and crawfish gumbo (sorry, *crayfish) is actually what broke me of my vegetarianism. I learned how to make it. I assume at the core I guess the reason I love cooking because I love to be able to eat what I like and have it my way. I moved to Miami for school, sports and a change of pace. (Also, the rumors of good Cuban and Haitian food) Fundamentally, I always like to earn money doing what I love and am good at. Thankfully cooking is one of the skill sets which have provided me with many benefits, some of the best food I could eat and supplemental income to obviously name a few. Basically will come and cook you a delicious meal for $15. Ladies, Wouldn't you like a break for once?
