My name is Frank Martinez I am a personal/private chef with an extensive nutritional background. I attended culinary school because I had a passion for food. The culinary training I received was a traditional French base training that focused on buttery sauces with lots of flavor. However during my training I went through the loss of my brother and mother due to health issues (diabetes, renal failure and cancer). It was at that point that I decided to focus more on nutrition so that I could help individuals struggling with weight and health conditions. I have developed a program which is very simple to follow consisting of a high in nutrients, Non-GMO, Non-Processed Pesticide Free, and Organic foods. It is friendly to the fallowing lifestyles Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian, Macrobiotic, and Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free and others, and Nut allergies. The clients that I work with range from athletes, business professionals, busy moms, and individuals with medical conditions. The success of my clients is important to me because I want to see them achieve their goals. This is not a fad diet program, or supplement based requiring you to buy pills, powders, or potions.
