I am a seasoned cook looking to branch out of the restaurant business and develop my own private cooking venture. I have five years of culinary experience as well as a year of formal culinary training. I am well versed in many culturally distinct cuisines. Such as Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Creol, Indian and French styles of cooking. I also have a background in cooking soul (Soulfood) and baking and pastry.
