As a private and personal chef my philosophy is that clients aren' justt looking for restaurant meals at home but also comforting, healthy and well rounded dishes that are consistently delicious and satisfying. Taking pride in presentation and 'eating with our eyes first' is something I have long subscribed to, especially when dealing with families with children. Sourcing the highest quality ingredients from local vendors and sources, I find, is key to having the best options possible for my clients and supporting the community. I have had experience as a private chef for varied clientele such as a high profile family of 5 with a diabetic child and has health restrictions, to a single working woman who needs healthy juices, breakfast and lunches that I prepare and leave for her to consume at her leisure, to a a family of four with 2 small children, Many of my clients work are high profile and require a high level of confidentiality and professionalism which I always handle with great care. Aside from providing my clients with daily meals I also coordinate and prepare dinner parties for as few as 4 for an intimate dinner to as many as 40 guests for cocktail parties for them on a regular basis.
