I am a professional/skilled Chef with 13 years of experience in the industry. I grew up sailing/regatta’s with 420’s in Southwest Florida as the team captain of the sailing team in high school, while also traveling the world and gaining a great appreciation for food. My interest in learning new techniques and about cultures brought me to culinary school where I confirmed my passion for cooking. I am well versed in French, Italian, Asian, and Mediterranean cuisine while also always willing to learn new methods.
