Based upon my clients needs/wants I can create a specific menu for an array of events, budget, or cuisine. I specialize in small intimate parties; both buffet and coursed menus. I can cater at your home, office, or desired location. I provide wine pairing and small tastings as well. I have an organic garden and source from local farms. With this fresh produces I create a variety of artisan canned goods for sell. These include jams, jellies, chutneys, relishes, as well as pickled and fermented edibles such as kimchi. I am a chef that has been in the industry for over 11 years. I have a A.S. in Culinary Arts and a Safe-Serv certification.
