I’ve been a Chef for 30 years professionally and worked around the United States in some of the best restaurants and Country Clubs, also a personal chef. Right now I’m the head chef at Drift restaurant in Delray Beach Florida.
I can do parties up to 12 plated and buffet style if you prefer or if you have a backyard I’ll BBQ on open fire, but would need equipment for that.
Wednesday and Thursdays are my available times. Depends on size of party, if it’s a larger party I like to do them on Thursday giving me time to prep on Wednesday.
Culinary School back in the early 90s at Johnson and Wales. Servsafe and C.P.R training.
I where disposable gloves.
