Chef Williams is the founder of Prime Taste. He has worked with many notable clients of different backgrounds and cuisines. He’s worked with Philanthropist Simon Guobadia and his family, NBA star C.J. Miles and his family, Lil’ Wayne, the Ambassador of the Saudi Arabian Embassy - Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and his family at their private estate. Chef Lauren has also worked with the Washington Wizards All-Star point guard, John Wall, providing him meal service for three years. Prior to working for John Wall, he served as the Senior Executive Chef for Chartwells K12 with DCPS (DC Public Schools). With Chartwells, he oversaw a staff of about 400 employees and helped managed about 96 school cafeterias across the city. His early career started with Nutrition Inc., where he spent 3 years overseeing catering operations for senior centers, daycares, homeless shelters, special needs and rehab centers. With Nutrition Inc., he also helped recreate the DC Meals on Wheels program. Chef Lauren Williams studied culinary arts at the Art Institute of Washington. Chef Lauren is currently operating Prime Taste and does private catering events. As the Owner/Executive Chef of Prime Taste, this opportunity will allow closer connections with his customers to be able to provide the best possible service and the desired taste for their palate.
