To whom it may concern, I was born and raised in Spain and recently naturalized as a US citizen. I became a chef because food is my passion and there’s nothing I enjoy doing more than cooking for others. I consider myself a hard working person with good leadership skills, capable of managing a big team. And have experience in weddings, tapas bar, fine dining restaurants, hotels, caterings and a high school kitchen.
